Contact form
When you write to us, we collect your name, your organisation, your email address and the content of your message.
- Purpose: to reply to your enquiry, and nothing else.
- Legal basis: your consent, given by sending the form.
- Retention: twenty-four months from our last exchange, then deletion.
- Recipients: the message is transmitted to our inbox by Cloudflare, which hosts this site and operates our email routing. No other provider handles it at any point. No data is passed to third parties for commercial purposes, and none is sold.
Booking a meeting
If you book a time, the scheduling tool Cal.com collects the information needed for the booking — name, email address, the slot you choose, and anything you add.
- Loaded on demand: the tool only loads when you open it. Until you click, no request is made to that service and nothing is placed on your device.
- Purpose: to arrange the meeting.
- Legal basis: your consent, given by opening the tool and confirming the booking.
- Role: Cal.com acts as a processor and applies its own privacy policy.
Technical data
Our host, Cloudflare, processes connection data — IP address, timestamp, browser type — for security and service delivery. This data is not used to identify or track you, and we do not access it in identifiable form.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies for analytics, profiling or advertising. You are shown no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
If you open the booking tool, it may set technical cookies required for it to function — but only from the moment you open it.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of the providers we use are established outside the European Union or operate infrastructure there. Such transfers are governed by the mechanisms provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation, in particular standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning you, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@vistome.com. We respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
